My rate for a standard 50-minute session is $150 and $200 for a 90-minute session. I believe therapy should be responsive to your needs, so if we decide together that a longer session would be helpful, I'm happy to offer extended sessions when appropriate. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide if we're a good fit.
I believe therapy should be accessible, and I don’t want finances to be the reason someone can’t begin this work. If cost feels like a barrier, please feel free to reach out—we can talk about options together.
I am not currently accepting insurance. This allows me to offer a more private, flexible, and personalized therapy experience. Insurance often requires a mental health diagnosis and regular progress updates, which may not align with your goals for therapy. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your provider for details.
I primarily offer in-person sessions as I believe there's something uniquely grounding about sharing space together. That said, I understand that life can be complex, and I'm happy to offer teletherapy when needed. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for all virtual sessions.
I ask that clients provide at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice - or missed appointments - will be billed at the full session rate. I understand that emergencies happen, and I'll always do my best to approach those situations with compassion and flexibility.
I'm an independent, private practice, therapist practicing in the Beloved Identity Therapeutic Community. This means I run my own practice and set my own schedule and rates, but I'm also part of a collective of like-minded therapists who support one another and share a commitment to compassionate, systems-informed care.
